Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across Pakistan on orders above PKR 5,000.

After placing your order, our team may contact you for order confirmation if required. If your contact and delivery details are complete and accurate, your order may be processed without a confirmation call.

Once confirmed, your order is forwarded to our warehouse for packing and dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if any item becomes unavailable, we may dispatch the remaining available item(s) and inform you accordingly.

For prepaid orders, if an item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement or alternative.

In case of any unexpected delay, you will be notified through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Orders are usually delivered within 4–6 business days through our courier partner.

International Orders

At the moment, we are only delivering within Pakistan and are not accepting international orders.
